Thirteen years on the same street
Broussard Auto Group opened in 2012 with four cars, one lift and a lease on a narrow lot near the corner of East 7th Avenue. The idea was not complicated: buy fewer vehicles, prepare them properly, and price them where they deserve to sit rather than where a negotiation is expected to start.
That approach means we will never be the largest dealership in Denver. We usually hold somewhere between fifteen and thirty retail units at a time. It also means a returning customer can walk in and speak to the same people who sold them their last car, which is not something the volume stores on the boulevard can offer.
Over thirteen years we have delivered more than two and a half thousand vehicles across the Front Range — Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Boulder and as far south as Colorado Springs. A little over a third of those sales came from a previous customer or someone they referred, and that number is the one metric we actually track on the office wall.
Four commitments we do not negotiate on
The inspection sheet is always shown
Not on request — automatically, before you commit. If a car needed a wheel bearing at reconditioning, you will read about it on the sheet.
No mandatory add-on products
Paint protection, fabric guard, nitrogen tyre fill and etch programmes are offered nowhere on our order form. If you want an extended service contract, ask and we will quote one.
One price, written down
The advertised figure is the figure. Taxes, title, registration and the documentation fee are itemised on the same page, before signature.
We say no to cars, often
Roughly one in four vehicles we inspect at auction is rejected on the spot. That discipline costs us volume and saves you a repair bill.
